Designated as abandoned, Huested Road is not plowed or maintained by the Town. National Grid owns land along the eastern boundary of the property and has deeded a right-of-way to the creek. Also, National Grid would like to acquire an option to purchase an easement to widen the adjacent existing transmission line. All other rights transfer to the new owner.
